SMT贴片锡膏印刷

smt贴片加工中锡膏印刷性不良的缘由剖析:

一.  位置偏移;

1 调理钢网与PCB板对位不准

2 钢网与丝印底座松动,在丝印时因刮刀压力带动形成;

3 钢网开孔与PCB焊盘偏移;

4 其它要素,气压压力、刮刀硬度、角度、速度等；

二.  锡膏量缺乏:

1 锡膏搅拌不够平均，粘度不够，印刷时锡膏与PCB上焊盘粘接不好形成，形成锡膏量缺乏，且焊盘上锡膏外形不规则，普通呈坍塌现象；

2印刷压力太大，锡膏会被挤到非焊盘区域，并粘在钢网的背面，形成PCB焊盘上锡膏量缺乏；

3 印刷压力太小，锡膏全都留在钢网外表，真正与焊盘粘接的很少，且焊盘上的锡膏外形极不规则，普通呈拉尖现象；

三.  锡膏量过多:

1 PCB板钢网贴得不够紧

2因刷压力缺乏,网板外表留存的焊膏残留会使印刷量增加,锡膏渗流到网板背面,影响网板的紧贴性,使印刷量增加;

四.  焊膏浸透:

1 PCB板钢网贴得不够紧；

2 印刷时压力过大易使锡膏浸透到钢网底部。
